We’ve endured ice fishing out on the lake in the heart of a Minnesota winter and now it’s time to bring our next ice activity indoors! Join us as we learn how to curl at the Chaska Curling Center and compete in a few friendly rounds. Get ready to grab a broom and expertly sweep a rock down the curling sheet with your mobility friends!
After our time on the ice, we will warm up with a discussion surrounding the current hot topic of how inflation can affect a mobility program and how organizations are currently addressing these challenges. The session with include information on how cost of living data is calculated, and how inflation specifically affects goods and services differentials and housing data. We will then focus on what organizations are hearing from leadership, stakeholders and mobile employees around inflation, what they are considering, and how they are actively addressing the effects of inflation on their mobility programs.
Finally, we will round out the day with a networking happy hour at Crooked Pint overlooking the ice arena – you never know, you may spot a future Olympic curler!

For those that are curling, please carry in a CLEAN pair of athletic shoes. Dress warm and comfortably as the arena is 40 degrees. There are locker rooms available if needed. For those that are not curling, there is a viewing area so that you can watch the games being played.
