If your organization registers 8 paid conference attendees, the 9th conference registration is free. This applies to members and non-members. For more information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you cancel on 2/15 or after, you will be refunded your registration fee, minus a $75 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds available after 2/24/19.
IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU REGISTER FOR THE 2019 MERC EVENT
As a reminder, membership to MERC is complimentary for individuals that are responsible for the relocation of their company’s employees. Individuals that provide a service or product to assist a company with relocating their employees are considered Supplier Members and must purchase a Supplier Membership to be eligible for the member rate. Memberships beginning in 2019 are purchased on an individual basis and cannot be purchased by a Company for use with multiple individuals. Early bird pricing is available to current 2019 members only. Membership due applied on or after 12/5/2018 will cover 2019.

INDOOR LAWN GAMES TOURNAMENT TO BENEFIT THE RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE
During the conference we will be having a Lawn Games Tournament to benefit The Ronald McDonald House. Games will include Giant Jenga, Cornhole, and Yahtzee. Registration proceeds going to the charity. Sign up is just $20 per person. This is an add on to the Conference Registration and can be found HERE

The McNamara Center is located on the East Bank of the University of Minnesota Minneapolis campus, across from Williams Arena and TCF Bank Stadium. An adjacent 500-car ramp is connected by tunnel to the Alumni Center. The ramp entrance is on University Ave. Parking is $3.00 per hour with a daily maximum of $12.00. Once inside the parking ramp, take the East elevator to tunnel B or street level. The Alumni Center is the copper building adjacent to the ramp.
