    NEI Global Relocation administers relocation benefits for corporations with relocation services worldwide. We are seeking a seasoned marketing and communications writer with experience in proposal and public relations writing. This position requires in-depth knowledge of relocation. Proven success in writing proposals and marketing pieces for the relocation industry is required.

    This position can be performed from a home office, with training at the company headquarters in Omaha, NE and periodic visits during the year for additional training.

    The marketing writer develops, creates, and edits a variety of marketing, sales and client relations materials for prospective and current clients.

    The primary responsibilities are to:

    • Create technical proposals.
    • Write and edit marketing materials, industry updates, newsletters, website articles and related documents.
    • Research industry trends, legislation and related topics.
    • Maintain proposal software.

    Job Requirements

    Job Qualifications include:
    • Minimum of three years’ experience in relocation writing and an undergraduate degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a similar area.
    • Superior writing and grammar skills in preparing business letters, presentations and proposals.
    • Expertise with Microsoft Word, and experience with Excel.
    • Well organized, self-motivated, independent worker.
    • Creative thinker.

    The VP, Client Services has primary accountability for an assigned portfolio of client accounts, including service delivery, client satisfaction and retention, revenue generation and profitability.

    Required skills, knowledge and experience include:

    • proven ability to build client trust through relationship management
    • proven ability to resolve client issues through understanding of Relocation operational processes
    • ability to analyze various reports and communicate client needs effectively to internal departments
    • experience handling multiple client demands, policy interpretation, and providing appropriate solutions

    Must have a minimum of 10 years of progressive growth in the relocation industry and/or in a client services role in a related industry. Must have the ability to travel up to 30% or more depending upon client needs.

     

    Candidates located in the Minneapolis, MN area or those who are willing to relocate, are strongly preferred.

    Position Summary: The Relocation Specialist manages the relocation process for transferees from departure to destination. The Relocation Specialist will have accountability for expense management and policy administration of the corporate client’s Global relocation program.

     

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Audit expenses to policy and interface with internal PLUS team members for relocation reimbursements
    • Maintain accurate “real time” records in company software systems
    • Educate and coach reloating employees on expenses, taxes, timelines, service options and resources for special needs and concerns
    • Coordinate all service events during the relocation and monitor for effectiveness, cost and quality of the service provided
    • Creatively problem solve client and relocating employee issues

    Requirements:

    This position is to manage Burnet Relocation's Van Line Program and develop new van line business. Managing and negotiating interstate and local contracts with the van lines and maintaining these contracts.   This position would support various department positions including Regional Director.

     

    Job Duties:

    Manage all interstate, intrastate, and local moving programs which includes:

    • Oversee coordination of van line business
    • Placement with appropriate carrier
    • Reviewing estimates/invoices for compliance
    • Troubleshooting issues with customers
    • Managing moves under MN moves program
    • Updating department on changes in the van line industry

    Negotiate and maintain all van line program contracts which includes:

    • Conducting annual reviews
    • Ratings review for compliance with service standards
    • Suggest enhancements for the contracts to benefit Burnet and customers

    Market COD van line program to sales associates and creating marketing materials


    Provide van line tracking and reporting of revenue and sources of business which includes:

    • Maintain database
    • Develop specialized reports
    • Year-end reporting to corporate clients
    • Tracking satisfaction surveys

    Develop new programs based on the needs of corporate clients and sales associates

     

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of previous van line industry experience
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to interact with clients, selling services to agents
    • Must have expertise in MS Word, Excel - experience in PowerPoint and Publisher is a plus!
